1. Usage

The content of insoluble solid impurities should be less than 0.1% and granules should be 0.2mm Max; the value of PH should be 6.5-8.5, such as river water, lake water, and well water, etc
The electric pump should be used within the proper scope near the rated delivery lift. The service delivery lift should not be too low. if it's lower than 80% of the specified delivery lift, it easily results in the work of heat protection apparatus. Thus, the pump will stop running and even damage the electric motor.

Model: Q(D)X, QDX(F), QY, WQ, QW(F), SPA, AND SPA (F) Submersible pumps (hereinafter referred to as the pump). The pump mainly includes the electric motor, mechanical seal, and pump body. The electric motor installed on the up part of the pump is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump body installed on the bottom part of the pump is with a centrifugal impeller. The electric motor and the pump body are sealed by the mechanical seal.
Due to its compact shape. lightweight, the pump is widely used for farm irrigation, garden sprinkling, and home water supply, and also can be used for drainage of construction, livestock breeding, and so on.
Conditions for use
The pump will work normally and continuously in the following conditions:
1. Maximum liquid temperature:+40 C
2. liquid PH value:6.5-8.5
3. Solid body in the liquid less than 0.1% and max size less than 0.2mm
4. The pump's performance meets the technical parameter marked on the nameplate
5. The power must be under the conditions marked on the plate
6. Submersion depth: less than 5 m than the  liquid level
Installation and precautions
1. Before installation and usage, please check the pump (like pump body, cable, plug) where is damaged or not during transportation or storage. if damaged, please ask a professional person to repair or change it.
2. please check its insulation resistance and make sure that its insulation resistance is bigger than 1MΩ before starting the pump.
3. Please make sure the pump is connected with the current leakage protection device or the ground wire is well connected with the ground before starting the pump.
4. Please connect electricity for one minute to make sure its rotation is correct, if not correct, please ask a professional person to change it.
5. please make sure its cable will be not damaged when it is working.
6. Please make sure its submersed depth does not exceed 5 m of the liquid level and more than 0.5 m from the bottom of the liquid
7. Please use a bigger size cable when the pump is far from the electricity
8. The pump is not too used for pumping flammable or corrosive fluids.
9. never remove or lift the pump by the power cable.
10. The pump must not be allowed to run dry
11. The pump is not suitable to operate partially submerged in the liquid
12. The pump relies upon water flow around the motor for motor cooling
13. operating at very low flows caused by high heads or restricted pipework may cause  motor overheating, if long time, maybe cause the motor to be burn
14. The single-phase pump has an automatic reset thermal overload protection.
overload will switch the motor off and later automatically reset and switch the motor on when the motor has cooled down.
15. The appliance (pump) is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision
16. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the ith appliance
